We straighten car wheels to within 0.75mm(0.030") radially and 0.35mm(0.014") laterally.  That's good enough for most race cars and closer than some wheels come brand new.  It costs $80 to $120 to do, not including return shipping.  Average turn around time is usually under a week, but call or e-mail to confirm current turn around times.  Rush 1 day service is available for $35.  Ask about our reconditioned wheels.
